We serve our coffee using light-roasted beans from SEY, a contemporary micro roaster based in Brooklyn, NY, named in 2019 one of the best Coffee in America by Food and Wine. Our selection was intentional, we want to partner with a roaster that selects the finest, most dynamic, and complex beans, while ensuring transparency. We strive to brew beautiful coffee.
The vision for us has always been to elevate coffee. We offer 5 course tastings to showcase the potential of the coffee bean and its origin. We create thought-provoking drinks, with attention to balance, taste, quality, and presentation. We take inspiration from different countries and aim to transport you there through taste.
