Service Description

Curriculum created and lead by SCA certified Barista David Day. Section 1 Taste/Olfactory Basics- -Basic biology and psychology of tasting Taste/Olfactory Basics (Lab)- -Introduction to different flavors and scents -Understand difference between taste and aroma Section 2 Bad Brewing Versus Good- Students are instructed on bad practices of brewing with V60.(Including Grind size and bad habits.) Brewing with the Assist (Lab)- Students are instructed on how to brew using the Assist with a V60. Students will take home a V60 with Filters and Coffee.
